The Expert Patient Programme starts another course Thursday 13 September, 10am, Fitzrovia Court. This is led by patient-trainers who have long-term health conditions themselves. It is a supportive place to share your experiences with others who have similar problems and get useful tips for taking control of your life back from your illness. If you’re interested and live in Westminster (or go to a GP in Westminster including Fitzrovia Medical Centre) please get in touch with me on 020 7580 4576 and leave a message if I’m not there.
Massage/Reflexology is on Wednesdays, 1.30 – 3:30pm in Fitzrovia Court. Do give me a call to make an appointment on 020 7580 4576.
Need some help with Computer skills? I will be available 1.30 – 3.30 Wednesdays to help with basic skills like email, web search and online event booking in the Fitzrovia Court lounge. No booking necessary, although this may change if there is enough interest.
Our weekly Lunches are onThursdays, 1pm at Fitzrovia Court. The charge is £3 for meat, rice or potatoes, veg, salad, tea/coffee + either fruit or biscuits. If you’re not a regular already, please give me a call on 020 7580 4576 to book a place by noon on Wednesdays.
Trip to Festival Hall Roof Garden we’re planning a minibus trip towards the end of September, date to be announced. We’d like this to be mainly for people who very rarely get out of their homes, plus it would be good to have two volunteers to help. If you’re interested, please give me a call on 020 7580 4576.
