There will be roast dinner, cakes and tea and entertainment for all to enjoy. Free of charge. We hope you can join us in having some food and fun! We look forward to seeing you then!

Christmas hampers courtesy of Sir Robert McAlpine will be happening again this year. If you’re receiving this newsletter you’ll get one, but please let me know on 0207 580 4576 if you know of others people over 65 who might be interested, or if you can help distribute them.

Time to Sing is still going at Fitzrovia Court, 24 Carburton St Mondays 11am – 12.30pm. Come and sing familiar songs with friendly people! The final day this month will be 15 December. It will start back up again 12 January. I have put in for money to extend this past January, fingers crossed!

Lunch on Mondays is available at the George and Dragon pub on the corner of Cleveland and Greenwell Sts from 12.30, at a discounted price of £3 for regular main meal only, specials and drinks extra. This is through a kind donation from Sir Robert McAlpine, contractors for Fitzroy Place, plus the generosity of Paul the pub landlord who makes up any difference.

Massage/Reflexology is on Wednesdays, 2.00 – 3:00pm at Fitzrovia Court, 24 Carburton St W1W 5AS. I do the schedule for it on Tuesdays. If you’re interested, please call me on 020 7580 4576 and leave a message before then.

All Souls Clubhouse has a range of friendly exercise classes available. If you’re interested in any of these, please call the Clubhouse on 020 7255 9756.

I hope everyone has a merry holiday season!
