For sale – Ming-inspired Cloth-mache Plate

Cloth-mache plate inspired by porcelin designs at the Ming exhibition at the British Museum, 2014 and displayed in the Great Court that year.

Ming Plate of mache.

Cotton, ink, beads, glue. Approx. 23.5cm diameter, 3.3cm high.

Embroidery and block-print cloth, semi-moulded. Handmade by women at the Cultural Art Project at Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association.
