We have received an invitation to a public exhibition to display proposals for 29-35 Rathbone Street.
Richard Paice of I.S.A. Holdings Ltd has written to us saying his company is “in the early stages of preparing a planning application for Westminster City Council for 29-35 Rathbone Street”.
Paice says the “intention is to refurbish and extend the building to provide improved offices, introduce a restaurant on ground floor and a residential accommodation at roof level.”
The building is currently the base of The Look, a 2D and 3D picture post production company, and the offices of other companies.
There will be a public exhibition at the Fitzrovia Community Centre, 2 Foley Street, London W1W 6DL, from 3pm to 7pm on Tuesday 1 September and Wednesday 2 September 2015.
