Appeal against decision to refuse planning permission for Arthur Stanley House

An appeal has been lodged against Camden Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for redevelopment of Arthur Stanley House at 40 Tottenham Street. Camden correctly refused the application by UCLH Charity because the proposed development did not comply with the Fitzrovia Area Action Plan which identifies Arthur Stanley House as an opportunity site for permanent self-contained homes.
