The variation details, as outlined on the application form, are:

To allow alcohol to be supplied to persons without food in the area hatched
black on the plan. Subsequently, the variation seeks to add the following condition:
Notwithstanding conditions 12, 13 and 14, in the area hatched black:
a) alcohol may be sold without a requirement to take a meal to persons
who are seated in this area and;
b) the number of customers consuming alcohol without food in this area at
any one time shall not exceed 15 persons.
