Camden Council has received a licence application for the following premises

Existing public house which is to be refurbished. The toilets on the ground floor are to be relocated to the basement to make room to add a disabled toilet on the ground floor. The first floor is to be refurbished and the cooking facilities are to be extended and a food servery pass introduced to replace the existing bar servery. The proposal is then to add a second floor to the existing pub which will be used for the service of both food and/or drink. Further customer toilets are then to be added to the third floor. The premises will continue to operate as a public house which serves food. The activities being applied for are the same as permitted by the current licence. The hours being applied for are framework which are longer than those currently permitted. The intention would be to surrender the current licence upon completion of the works linked to this application.
