A licensing application has been made to Westminster council for the following premises:

The applicant seeks to vary the existing licence: To vary hours for Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Saturday – 10:00 – 23:30 Sunday – 12:00 to 22:00 To add Late Night Refreshment – Monday to Saturday – 23:00 to 23:30 To remove existing conditions 13, 14, 15, 19, 25, 26, 27 and 40.

The applicant states:

“[Condition] 27. The supply of alcohol at the premises shall only be to a person seated taking a table meal there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to their meal. (There is no bar but diners can come for a glass of wine)

“[Condition 40. The number of seated persons permitted in the premises at any one time (excluding staff) shall not exceed 30 persons. (A3 license granted for 50 people).
