Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at 6.30pm Monday 24 June 2019 at Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Centre, 39 Tottenham Street, London W1T 4RX.

  • Resolution: Allow the trustees to convert the FNA from a Charity and a Limited Company to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) after 31 March 2020 if no significant revenue funding is likely. (Registered Company number 01673259
    and Registered Charity number 1111649. The CIO would still be called Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association and that the trustees would commence the conversion process as soon as the FNA’s income drops below £12,500pa.)

Anyone who lives, works or studies in Fitzrovia is welcome to attend. Social drinks and refreshments available after the meeting.

Hertroll Limited is seeking a premises licence at: Pastation,76-76a Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 2HG.

The application is for sale of alcohol on the premises.

Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association is concerned the application may give rise to public nuisance and is seeking conditions so the premises operates only as a restaurant and that sale of alcohol is restricted to within Camden’s “framework hours”.

The last date for making a representation is 31 May 2019.

VQ St Giles Ltd is seeking a major variation of its premises licence at VQ, 111a Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3NQ.

The application seeks to:

Revise Condition Number : 22 to read: “No deliveries or collections shall take place between 22:00 hours and 08:00 hours, save for take-away meals delivered by courier.”

And revise Condition Number : 27 to read: “There shall be no takeaway service of food save for a delivery service.”

The premises opening hours are:

Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association is concerned this variation would give rise to public nuisance to residents living nearby due to the noise from the use of couriers (possibly motor cycles or motor scooters) between 10pm at night and 8am the following morning.
