Happy 2016! I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I look forward to seeing you in the coming year… 

Afternoon at the Museum at the British Museum THIS FRIDAY 8 January 2-4pm. Bespoke tour, refreshments, handling session – these afternoons are always fun and interesting! Please let me know if you want to join us on 020 7580 4576 by 12pm Friday. We’ll be meeting at the museum, let me know if you need transport or a parking space by 5pm Wednesday afternoon.

Time to Sing will start again on Monday 11 January. Mondays 11am – 12.30pm at Fitzrovia Court, 24 Carburton St W1W 5AS. Come along for a jolly sing and meet new people! Funded by the Marylebone and West End Ward Funds, Westminster City Council.

Lunch on Mondays is available at the George and Dragon pub on the corner of Cleveland and Greenwell Sts from 12.30, at a (higher) discounted price of £5 for a REGULAR MAIN MEAL ONLY, Specials and drinks extra. This is through the kind generosity of Paul the pub landlord who has carried on with this out of his own pocket.

Massage/Reflexology is on Wednesdays, 2.00 – 3:30pm at Fitzrovia Court, 24 Carburton St W1W 5AS. Funded by the Derwent Community Fund. If you’re interested, or haven’t had a repeat visit for a while, please call me on 020 7580 4576 and leave a message. I’ll try to fit you in as soon as possible. Back on 6 January.

Fitzrovia Village – You are invited to Social Dance Classes with the brilliant Trevor Jackson. Beginners and Improvers aged 55+. Mondays 12-2pm at the Fitzrovia Community Centre, Foley St W1W 6DL Free, no booking required.

Margaret Street Lunch Club for anyone over 60 every 2nd and 4th Thursday (14 & 28 Jan) at the WORD tearoom of the London Jesus Centre, 83 Margaret St, W1W 8LH. 11:15am Lunchtime Talk 12pm Lunch and Desert with Tea/Coffee for £3, 1pm finish.
