From Monday 18 January 2021 our housing and welfare advice service will again be open for all residents of Fitzrovia, the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Camden.
Advice is available in English, Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu and Hindi.
You can contact us by telephone or email about private and social housing problems, housing and council tax benefits, disability benefits, Universal Credit and Job Seekers Allowance, pensions and Pension Credit, Working and Child Tax Credits, fuel poverty, help with benefit, passport and other forms.
Our advice service hours are:
- Mondays from 12pm to 4pm
- Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm
- Thursdays from 10am to 1pm.

Please note this is a telephone and email only advice service and the advice workers work from home. We do not have an office to meet and speak to people in person.
